1 pkg. brown rice tortillas
1 can of organic refried beans 2 cups of grated Manchego Cheese
(use olives, onions, or any other ingredient you like)
Coconut oil or butter for frying
Brown Rice

DIRECTIONS
Warm beans in skillet. In large skillet or grill, fry tortilla in butter or coconut oil until crispy on both sides. Put tortilla on plate and spread refried beans; sprinkle cheese, and other ingredients.
