DIRECTIONS
In your Vita Mix place chick peas, garlic, lemon and blend until creamy smooth. Add approximately 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt and mix for one minute, taste and add additional sea salt to your liking.
Remove all the mix from the Vita Mix and place in a bowl. Drizzle all the olive oil. Sprinkle parsley and pomegranate seeds over mix.
Warm up a slice or two of the whole wheat pita in the oven (can be eaten at room temp too) dip into your hummus and enjoy.
